The Career Mentor 1:1 Program offers you early access to top industry mentors, tailored mentoring specifically for each individual, and continuous support throughout an extended period until you land your first job in Australia. This program offers two options depending on your current needs.

Career Mentor 1:1 – Career Coaching (Software Development/Business Analysis)
Career Mentor 1:1 – Rocket Training (Software Development/Business Analysis/Data Analytics & Technical/Skill Transfer Knowledge)

🚀 If you are:

A student in the IT & Data fields, preparing to apply for your first job (Software Engineer, Data Analyst, Business Analyst, System Analyst, or even Product Specialist/Project Officer), or an outstanding graduate/internship program candidate.
An experienced professional from Vietnam who is still unfamiliar with the Australian market. Despite your experience and confidence, you find yourself struggling to secure your first job.
In need of a mentor to accompany you on your job-hunting journey, ensuring you reach your goal as quickly as possible.

Then the Career Mentor 1:1 program is designed for you.

🍓CAREER MENTOR 1:1 – CAREER COACHING

This includes two packages: 3 months OR 6 months, depending on your needs and readiness. The program offers:

Unlimited consultations and coaching sessions. We will:
- Provide one-on-one sessions to review your CV and background, understand your career direction, and offer the most suitable advice.
- Guide you on how to refine your LinkedIn profile and develop your CV based on the job you wish to apply for.
- Train you for interviews, guiding you on how to answer difficult technical, behavioral, and cultural questions, and conduct regular mock interviews to boost your confidence.
- Systematize your acquired knowledge to ensure it is effectively reflected on your CV.

Although consultations and coaching sessions are unlimited, we will have three mandatory initial meetings to:
- Understand each other and your career direction to develop an appropriate roadmap.
- Review your resume based on your strengths, preparing for the subsequent stages.
- Customize follow-up sessions for mock interviews, LinkedIn reviews, and job analysis on SEEK/LinkedIn/Indeed, or systematize your technical knowledge for interviews.

Costs:

3-month Career Coaching Package – A$1,600
6-month Career Coaching Package – A$2,400

🐳Note: The Career Mentor 1:1 – Career Coaching program aims to help you secure a job. It is not intended for teaching or supplementing knowledge (e.g., if you are a Backend Developer or IT student wanting to learn more about .NET programming, or a Data student wanting to learn more about SQL – this program is not for that purpose – please refer to the section below).

🍓CAREER MENTOR 1:1 – ROCKET TRAINING

If you want to supplement your technical knowledge but don’t know where to start and need immediate guidance, this is the program for you. The Rocket Training program is part of the Mentor 1:1 system, aimed at enhancing specialized knowledge and solidifying your expertise to meet job requirements.

With this program, you can:

Book mentors by the hour to teach you new knowledge (e.g., understanding the MVC model in backend development, learning ReactJS, etc.), or if an upcoming job interview requires a skill you are not confident in and need an expert to guide you.
Learn an entirely new area. Specifically, mentor Daniel Su from Amazon has joined Career Mentor to specialize in job search training for Sales/Marketing in the Tech industry for those wanting to switch from technical roles or from other fields to Tech Sales.
Or simply, you need someone for an hour to answer your questions and provide direction.

Costs:

1-hour package: A$170 per hour
3-hour package: A$150 per hour
5-hour package and above: A$140 per hour

Due to limited capacity, as a mentor cannot take on too many mentees at once, please secure your spot at Career Mentor to prepare for your next destination.
