Overview:

OFFICE JOB – ACCOUNTING, ADMIN AND BANKING

This course is designed for those currently working in hospitality or manual jobs in Australia (nail salons, restaurants, kitchens, service roles, etc.) who want to break out of “survival jobs” and step into a professional office environment.

Over 9 weeks, you will learn and practice essential Accounting & Admin skills on Xero, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, bank reconciliation, fixed asset registration, and tax. In addition, you’ll gain practical knowledge and hands-on skills for entry-level banking positions such as sales, call centre, and loan assessment. The program also includes resume and interview coaching to help you apply immediately.

✅ By the end of the course, you will:

  • Master practical admin & accounting skills to apply for entry-level roles in admin, accounting, and banking.

  • Have a polished CV and interview skills tailored for the corporate environment.

  • Secure your first office job with a proper contract, full employee benefits, and a clear career path.

What makes this course special: both instructors once worked in hospitality (kitchen staff) before successfully transitioning into office jobs; therefore, they truly understand the journey you are going through.
