CAREER MENTOR - GIFT VOUCHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to Career Mentor’s Gift Voucher program! These terms and conditions outline the guidelines for purchasing, using, and managing your Career Mentor gift voucher. By purchasing or redeeming a gift voucher, you agree to these terms, ensuring a seamless experience for all Career Mentor customers. Please review the following conditions to understand how to maximize the benefits of your voucher.

Validity
Gift vouchers are valid only until the expiration date printed on them. Unused values will not be refunded or applied to any transactions beyond the expiry date.

Redemption
Gift vouchers can be redeemed against all courses offered by Career Mentor. They cannot be exchanged for cash, returned for a refund, or combined into a new voucher. They are not legal tender and cannot be used as an account card, credit or debit card, or security.

Exceeding Voucher Value
If the purchase amount exceeds the value of the gift voucher, the remaining balance must be paid using cash or a debit card.

Cancellation of Courses
If you cancel a course purchased with a gift voucher, no credit or refund will be issued, and the voucher cannot be applied to future purchases.

Lost or Stolen Vouchers
Gift vouchers cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. If you suspect unauthorized use, please report this to our Career Mentor Facebook page or email hello@careermentor.au with proof of purchase, the voucher number, and a photo ID for verification.

Voucher Cancellation
Career Mentor reserves the right to cancel a gift voucher if deemed necessary. In such cases, we may provide a replacement voucher of equivalent value unless there is suspected fraud related to the voucher. All gift vouchers remain the property of Career Mentor.

Changes to Terms and Conditions
Career Mentor reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, including introducing new fees.
